Hi I'm Anna! I’m your go-to expert with over a decade of experience in fine-tuning teams and processes for peak performance.

 

Lifting others up to grow and shine is my superpower. I'm passionate about coaching and optimizing processes and tools so that teams and organizations are set for success. 

 

My adventure in delivery optimization and organizational health began in the world of product development, taking me through roles as an Agile Coach, Product Manager, Head of Product Operations, and everything in-between. I've since spent time with teams far outside of the product development world including People teams tackling Learning and Development initiatives, Marketing team launches, University vendor management, and change management oversight projects.  Whether it’s a startup, a state government, or a Fortune 500 company, I’ve been there, making things smoother, faster, and smarter.

My sweet spot is tech companies that are getting close or moving out of the startup stage and are ready to scale their product and go-to-market operations. That being said, I've found that flexible, fast delivery systems grounded in customer centricity is widely applicable. And there's easy ways to reap the benefits even at a light touch with startups, building out data-driven experimental tracks while maintaining existing customer expectations for more established products, or getting creative with no-code delivery teams.
